The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Committee Substitute for House Bill 4712— A BILL to amend and reenact §8-10-2B of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend and reenact §50-3-2a of said code; and to amend and reenact §62-4-17 of said code, all relating to reducing the time period allowed for enrollment in municipal court, magistrate court, and circuit court payment plans and limiting the maximum length of payment plans.
